My name’s Brooke and I’m a Certified Personal Trainer, Behavior Change Specialist Physique and Bodybuilding Coach by National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). My first ever personal training job was at Crunch Fitness in March 2022, where I was promoted to Assistant Personal Training Manager a month later and continued to educate, empower, and hold my clients accountable to their health and fitness goals.
Whether you want to lose weight, build muscle, do a successful body recomposition, maintain health or anything in between, I’m here to help you get there through customized training programs, personalized nutrition plans, behavior change coaching, and daily and/or weekly accountability.
Note: *as a Certified Personal Trainer, it is outside my scope of practice to prescribe meal plans, as I am NOT a Registered Dietician. I CAN provide meal and nutrition recommendations and plan suggestions (which I do).
